Anyone who is busy and trying to figure out where self care such as drinking water, better diet, exercise, gratitude, self awareness, relaxation, and fun can fit into their schedule. Even the busiest schedule can be managed with less overwhelm and fatigue. 

Anyone who knows what they should be doing but aren't doing it. Overwhelm can be paralyzing. There are shiny objects everywhere that can be distracting. This game will teach you how to stay focused on what is most important to your health. Get that project on your procrastination list done. Become a creation machine!

HOW TO PLAY / TIME NEEDED- TO start the game is 90 days. Then you can play month to month.

It takes some time to build a habit! 

The coaching and the process is effective for those who follow through with playing for 90 days to achieve better focus, clarity, and get more done in 24 hours. You get an accountability partner to help you with the biggest habit of the game. Becoming consistent with tracking your activities.

In Achievebet, we bet on ourselves with time. There is so much winning!

At first players only have to bet 5-15 minutes of their time per day to fill out a scorecard. If players only do the scorecard consistently, they will still see beneficial changes to their mindset which will open the door to the possibility of doing everything else. Each month you can choose to level up. 

Month one- Daily 5-15 mins per day to report your activity. This is how you get most of your points. We start with mindset habits

Month two- You may need only 5-15 more minutes as the difficulty increases and we add self care habits. Not every habit is time based. Some of them are decision based that don't take extra time but certainly get us better results.   

Month three- You will already be enjoying more energy and will have found some lost time. The two relationship habits in this level add an extra hour to complete. But the best part is, these 2 habits are the most fun to complete!

Daily 5 minute quick check in with your partner. Mostly to make sure they reported their activity. This is how your team gets the most points.

CHALLENGES

Players can choose to bet more of their time with three challenge games. These challenges will teach you how to multitask. Rather than working on two different projects at the same time, you learn how to do one focused activity to get more than one thing checked off your list.

The AchieveBet Challenge-

Bet an hour or two to work on projects and things important for your growth per week. Even if you only get one hour be amazed at what can get done without interruptions. 

People who want to be more comfortable with networking online will also benefit from this challenge.

The Saboteur Challenge

This challenge will identify what your sabotaging trait is and give you an antidote for it. Then you get a chance to ask questions about how to use this information and learn about the other Sabotaging traits from Dr Phillip Agrios. Players then get a chance to work with him one on one for any questions they didn’t feel comfortable asking in the group.

The SMART Goal Challenge

If you are taking care of yourself first, the next step is to take the reclaimed energy and apply it to what you want to create. If this creation is going to take more than a few hours, you will want to develop a SMART plan to complete it.

Krista Crotty takes the group through how to set a SMART goal and apply it to what you want to do. After the class, declare your SMART goal, declare what tasks are required for you to complete, and check them off as you do. At the deadline let us know if it is done or what your new goal is to keep your momentum.

CELEBRATE WHAT YOU ARE GOOD AT AND ASK FOR HELP WITH WHAT YOU ARE NOT

Many of these are habits you may already do. So celebrate each check mark that is easy for you. Yep, celebrating the small wins everyday is a good habit to have too. Everyday I hope you recognize how many wins you have even on the bad days. 

Whatever task is easy for you isn't easy for every body so keep an eye on your partner to ask if you can suggest some things you tried to make your habit automatic for them to try. Don't be afraid to ask for help if you notice your partner is good at what you aren't. 

I know it's a competition but what if this game we worked with abundance and creativity. We are not in a rush. We help each other so everyone has a chance to win. Don't be so focused on perfection. Don't be such a bully to yourself! This all is supposed to be fun. Including figuring out the best processes for success. What you don't complete will indicate areas of your life you could use outside insight from someone like your accountability partner.

The most valuable habit you are going to put into action from this game is tracking actions important for you to complete everyday. This habit will save you on the days you feel like you have made no progress and bring you back down to earth when you see there are important areas of your life you are ignoring.

TIMELINE

  • The first Monday of the month is our orientation at 5:30-7:30. In this zoom meeting you will learn everything you need to know to play the game.
  • The first Tuesday you will be paired with your accountability partner. 
  • The first Wednesday starts the game. Log in to see a  new message from your Game Director to help you get a good start. 
  • If you use the Google Calendar you will get a daily reminder to report your activity from the day at 5 am Est.
  • The game week ends on Tuesday. 
  • All reports for the game week are due by Wednesday 11:59 Pm EST. 
  • Points will be totaled on Thursdays.
  • Every Friday log in for Celebration Day where I will announce the winner for the week / Month / Quarter. 
  • As you complete the challenges you will unlock new ones

Those who complete the 90 days can win

1 year of AchieveBet for 1st place

6 months for 2nd place

3rd place gets 90 days.

The success of your partner can also elevate your prize.

The subscription to keep playing after your first 90 days is $50 per month. All other players who complete the 90 days but ranked below will receive game credits to reduce the price of their subscription. The more you participate, the more game credits.

They represent automated patterns in your mind for how to think, feel, and respond. They cause all of your stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, restlessness, and unhappiness. They sabotage your performance, wellbeing, and relationships.

SMART Goal Challenge

The biggest lesson from this game is discovering how much easier it is to reach a goal, if you have taken care of yourself first.

Once you have completed your list of basics to feed your mind, body, and meaningful relationships, challenge yourself and take 5-15 minutes and work on something that would mean so much to you if got it done.
